We’ve been operating beer bikes since 2013 in multiple countries and locations. We are experts in this industry and have had the pleasure of hosting anything from divorce parties to engagement parties, speed dating to 80th birthdays and everything in between over the years.

The price is set for up to 13 guests, including our sober driver and as much-as-you-can-drink beer during your experience. For any guest exceeding the 13 guests’ mark, or the pre-agreed amount of guests, we hold the right to charge you on the basis of 30 pounds per extra guest.
We won’t be able to start the tour without full payment, so make sure you have done all the necessary homework in order not to be affected. Delays associated with payments will be accounted against your time on the bike.

We are not liable to receive individual payments, so please provide us with the amount due in one full payment for the whole group.

International payments need to be completed fully after booking your time slot.

We only accept bank wire transfer payments.

The longer you book in advance the better chance that your time and date will be available.

Beer bikes are suitable for ladies as well, since we give you the chance to choose between beer, prosecco and cider.
The prosecco bike comes with 10×0,75l bottles of Prosecco instead of beer.
The cider bike comes with as much-as-you-can-drink apple cider during your experience.
We could also organise other non-alcoholic drinks, such as juices or soft drinks. “Handsome waiter” can also be selected to pour your drinks and entertain you during your ride. To accommodate these requests, we need to be aware beforehand, so please do inform us during our correspondence.

As our bike comes with ALL YOU CAN DRINK, there is no need to bring alchohol with you.

Bringing your own drinks is not allowed and we hold the right to remove, or withhold any drink that hasn’t been provided by us, for as long as the ride lasts. Delays associated with you not complying with the above shall be calculated against your time on the bike.

Please find the itinerary details on “how it works’ ‘ screen. Your booking lasts roughly 60 mins, leaving a buffer of 15 mins for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and fitness levels. For more details, please visit our online booking system.

Our beer bikes are made of lightweight material, yet we recommend at least 6 participants.

Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any guest under 18 years of age. We hold the right to request a form of identification, such as a passport, as proof of age and identity. Please make sure that all guests are carrying any sort of identification.
Please attend the experience sober. The beer bike moves through the city traffic, surrounded by cars and pedestrians. In case of serious intoxication, we have the right to end your ride short due to safety reasons.
You are requested to not jump off the bike, pollute or behave indecently in public. If you repeatedly disobey our team’s instructions, we have the right to end the ride immediately at our own discretion, without a refund.

We shall do our best to accommodate your request, yet we are not liable to provide you with toilet space. This is why it is advisable to use the toilet before arriving on spot.

Beer bike is an outdoor activity, so it is subject to weather conditions. We sadly cannot control the weather, so this is why we advise you to wear a waterproof jacket. Our bike is covered by a roof but not fully enclosed.

Rides shall proceed as normal, regardless of weather conditions, so refunds subject to weather conditions aren’t applicable. You may be able to postpone your ride, given that you inform us in writing 24 hours prior to your ride. You are eligible to rebook your new date within 3 months prior to your booking date.

We use Bluetooth speakers, so you are in charge of your own music. Make sure you have your phone charged and a smartphone with Bluetooth connectivity! Then, choose your favourite tunes.

Please arrive on time at the starting point. The time you booked is fully yours. There is no problem if you arrive a few minutes late, however, lateness shall be accounted against your time on the bike. The same applies to delays associated with payment.

You are in control of your experience, so let us know what you have in mind and we shall do our best to accommodate your request!

We happily work with all groups to ensure satisfactory resolution and we go the extra mile to ensure you will have a great time. However, sometimes plans get cancelled.

We are offering full refund in case you cancel your booking within 28 days. In case you decide to cancel after the exhaustion of the grace period, the deposit will be lost. However, we wish you to have the chance to enjoy the experience and not lose the deposit, so feel free to email us and reschedule your experience.
The window to rebook your experience is 6 months and it is subject to availability and existing bookings. Where we are unable to assist with making a requested change, and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking, we will treat this as a cancellation by your end . Since we incur costs in cancelling or changing your arrangements, all such changes and cancellations will be subject to the charges set out below.
In case you wish to reschedule, you need to place another deposit, which will be accounted along your initial deposit on the final balance.
In case you cancel within 28 days after rescheduling, the rescheduling deposit shall be refunded in full. If less than 28 days, you lose the initial and rescheduling deposit.
